Free Equipment Now ("FEN") is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. 9) Questions and Problems

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally between you and FEN, you and FEN hereby agree that such dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration at the American Arbitration Association.
